Rules

1. bySmiles is just for you to have a SMILE.

We are a community of funny and creative content. If you want to share Terry Richardson's shots, your boyfriend in sunglasses, or any other unSmiling content, bySmiles isn't for you.

As there are many types of people on bySmiles, who may not think what you think or believe what you believe, some of the posts here may offend you. If it violates our Terms of Use, let us know. If it doesn't, then consider just clicking on something else — why waste time on things you don't like? :)

2. Get Involved.

Share pictures, texts, and videos you create or discover which will make others Smile :) . Like the posts which make you Smile. Admire the ones you find him/her funny. Leave comments. There's a lot going on and a lot of ways to participate here.

3. If you're funny, you get Likes.

If your post is funny, you will get more Likes. Don't plead for Likes or conduct polls in the title or content of your post, e.g. "Like this to spread the word!", "Like if you're a man", etc. If your posts don't have any Likes, take a good hard look in the mirror -- you just might be not funny enough.

4. Play Nice.

Be considerate and polite. Don't harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate others. Bad conduct may result in a warning or termination of your account.

5. Respect originality and creativity.

Look for the original source. Often, a blog will reference another blog, which references another, and so on with everyone displaying ads along the way. Dig through those references and post a link to the creator, who actually deserves the traffic.

6. Moderate your content.

If you would hesitate to show the content to a child, your mum, or Uncle Bob, please mark it as NSFW.

7. No repost.

Search for dupes before posting anything. If you just want to save a post in your collection, use the Like button.

8. Report Abuse.

Everyone hates spam and abuse. Report to us if you find any.
